Sub-processors

A managed services provider(MSP) like us needs to engage with different types of sub-processors (suppliers and partners) to perform various functions and being able to provide a certain set of services. A sub-processor is a third party data processor engaged by GITS PSF, who has or potentially will have access to, or process data (which may contain Personal Data).

This data can only be used to deliver the services our customers have requested us to provide. Our suppliers and partners are prohibited from using customer data for any other purpose and GITS PSF’s data-protection terms apply. GITS PSF undertakes to use a commercially reasonable selection process by which it evaluates the security, privacy and confidentiality practices of proposed sub-processors that will or may have access to or process client data.
